Supporting Africans and Lawful African Immigrants to
Achieve Life-Long Success

Our Motivation
The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God. (Leviticus 19:34)

Our Vision
Our vision is for every newly arriving legal African immigrant in Wake County, NC to become fully self-sufficient, healthy, and productive in the United States, and for those still in Africa to have the education and support they need to succeed and improve their community. Our work in the Africa currently focuses on supporting schools in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Desk Drive a Success!

Our recent Desk Drive was a great success! We funded 153 desks for the Bulungidi School in the DRC. Students no longer need to sit on the floor!

Special thanks to the Northridge Church Children’s Ministry, who helped us reach this goal! The children did odd jobs, had lemonade stands and yard sales to raised money to purchase desks!

Take Part
Passion for African is currently seeking someone to manage our website and several Board of Directors to replace outgoing members and volunteers for upcoming events. Email paforafrica@gmail.com to contact us about either opportunity!
